Our Story
In the beginning set out to bridge the gap in support female founders often experience in scaling their businesses. Our Founder, understood when she was starting her first business in 2008, how there was little to no support for female founders through being able to hire other females for coaching, mentoring, and in tech industries.
Something clicks into place when we are speaking deeply about our goals, dreams, and plans with another seasoned experienced intuitive female coach and mentor. There are specific unique experiences to female founders.
Allison Ramsey is the best-selling author of the Redefine book and the Founder of Empire Life, Mentoring and Coaching Company. At Empire Life, Female Founders are Guided in Scaling Their Empires. She also hosts the Empire Life Podcast, which broadcasts interviews with mega-successful female empire builders from all around the world.
